Plain terms
What a warranty is not
A warranty is not insurance. It covers defects in a product or in our work, not hail, wind, falling trees or the weight of a heavy winter.
Makers' warranties differ on what they cover and for how long. Ask for the document before you sign, and we will send it with the bid.
Ask for the certificate
We send the insurance certificate before you sign anything.
